Join the English Baroque Choir for an immersive journey into the rich and varied aural tapestries of the Scandinavian choral tradition. Focusing primarily on 19th and 20th Century repertoire, the programme features music from Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. (amongst others!) and sees the choir singing in a variety of languages and compositional styles. Much of the programme is also heavily influenced by the beauty of nature, with gorgeous invocations of pastoral scenes and sumptuous musical embodiments of the Scandinavian night sky - an experience not to be missed!
