LORENZO ABATTOIR
Lorenzo Abattoir is a sound artist based in Torino (IT). A key element of his work is the relationship between spiritual practices and unusual methods of audio processing, mainly focusing on the use of microphones as a medium for the amplification of an act. He explores the boundaries between sound and noise using breathing techniques, bodily sounds and different kinds of amplified objects as instruments to structures his performances.

Taiwanese experimental artist Lucia H Chung is based in London. She performs and releases music under the alias ?en creux? where the sound creation springs from their fascinations in noise generated via feedback on digital and analogue equipment, and their role as a ?mediator-performer? in the multifaceted relationship between the sonic events incurring within the self-regulated system.

SIMON WHETHAM
Since 2005 Simon Whetham has been exploring aspects of sound as a material for creation, unearthing obscured environmental sonic phenomena, acoustics and resonance, sonic energy and transduction. His projects are increasingly multi-disciplinary, becoming more visual, performative and tangible, exploring physical sound traces and transforming energy forms.
