Raised in a household with a British mum who grew up in Germany, and a German dad who grew up in Britain, she's been torn between wearing waterproof trousers inside and wearing inappropriate footwear outside for as long as she can remember. But she's never had the paperwork to prove she's German? until this year. And her German passport has brought with it some unexpected consequences.
