Andrew Bird

Introducing highly acclaimed comedian Andrew Bird who is coming to The Attic in Southampton to co-headline our Open Mic Comedy Night with Anthony Ayton. Andrew has been widely recognised in the comedy world, with his most recent venture being the opening act for Russel Howard on tour events at Ashton Gate Football Stadium in Bristol and six shows at The London Palladium while also being featured on 'The Russell Howard Hour'. Andrew has also supported more phenomenons such as Brian Regan, Michelle Wolf, and Michael McIntyre! Andrew is an all round talented individual who has also written material for Jon Richardson's Ultimate Worrier and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. And last, but not least, Andrew has been one out of only seven comedians that have performed for Banksy at Dismal Land.

Being a London kid who was the first black guy at an all-white boarding school, Anthony has a unique and hilarious perspective on life which he weaves skilfully with plenty of very funny jokes, getting big laughs with all types of audience.
