Other recent comedy roles include in BBC Two Sitcom Lab Rats playing the part of Cara and on BBC/HBO?s Life?s Too Short as Warwick Davis? wife Sue.

?One of the most naturally gifted comic talents I?ve ever seen.? Peter Kay

For more than a decade now the highly acclaimed comedienne Jo Enright has crafted a completely unique style of stand-up comedy. As well as accepting numerous invitations to perform it both on television and radio, Jo also thrives on live theatre performances, for which she has won several comedy awards including the 2002 Chortle Award for ?The Best Female Circuit Comic.? and 2001 Best Female on the Jongleurs Comedy Circuit award.

?If she was broccoli, I?d turn vegetarian.? Barry Cryer

?One of Britain?s best character actresses.? The Independent. (Grace Dent)

DAN EVANS first appeared on the comedy circuit in 1994, shortly afterwards leaving a promising career as one of East Anglia?s leading office menials to go full time.

'Skilful and surreal' The Scotsman
'Original and inventive' The Times

Over the past decade his twisted logic has delighted the nation, helping it through the dark days of the death of HRH The Queen Mother and the uncertainties of 21st century property prices.

As well as playing clubs and universities throughout the UK, Dan has gigged in Holland, Germany, Dubai and Ireland as well as being part of the sell-out Screaming Blue Murder Cabaret and Avalon Comedy Zones at the Edinburgh Fringe.

Dan?s TV and radio appearances include Brain Candy (BBC3 & 2), Channel 5 at The Store, Channel 5 Comedy Zone and the Radio 2 Stand Up Show.

He writes too, with many credits including The Very World of Milton Jones (R4 ? Sony Award Winner), Rory Bremner Who Else? (CH 4), The Eleven O?Clock Show (CH 4), The Live Floor Show (BBC 1), Revolver (BBC 1) and The Joan Rivers Position (CH 5)

JACOB NUSSEY unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style, sharp jokes, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines.

Jacob won West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year and was a finalist of Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year in 2022. After reaching the semi-finals of British Comedian of the Year and semi-finals of So You Think You?re Funny in 2021.

Jacob has been named by Chortle as one to watch for 2023. He?s seriously funny and well worth seeing in person!

"Offbeat stories with an air of resigned indifference which is highly effective" CHORTLE

"Insanely funny, he'll be a household name before you know it" SKIDDLE

Birmingham based comedian JAMES COOK is recently back on the comedy circuit full time after seven years as an NTL Award-winning commercial radio presenter.

His act mixes jokes and sarcasm with a quick wit and excellent improvisation skills that make him an accomplished compere. He performs for The Glee Clubs, Highlight, Off The Kerb, Kill For A Seat, The Last Laugh and The Comedy Company among many others and is one third of the News With Jokes podcast that was named one of the Top Ten funniest in The Guardian. http://newswithjokes.podbean.com

His act has been described as "truly original" (Danny Wallace (off of the telly)), whereas he?s been called "suave and chirpy" by the world famous Bromsgrove Advertiser, and a "sarcastic raconteur" by the Leeds Metro. For some reason, this means that he has been likened to "the future Frank Skinner" (Birmingham Metro) and "Dylan Moran?s younger brother" (The Stage). How this is possible remains a mystery. A slightly less lazy journalist said that he "shows scant regard for the hackneyed conventions of stand-up" (The Scotsman) which, he?s been assured, is a Good Thing.

His two favourite quotes are that he "destroyed my concrete belief that all comperes are twats" (eyeonmoseley.com) and that "his quick tongue and dry sense of humour kept me laughing" (BBC Tees).

James won a Jongleurs/Spike Milligan award for Stand-up in 2003. He's been onstage with A-ha, presented Lenny Henry with his Walk Of Fame Star and been a guest judge on the Dancing On Ice tour at the Nottingham Arena in front of 10,000 people.
