Delighted to be bringing Church Girls to Oxford, all the way from Philadelphia! The four piece write propulsive melodies and achingly vulnerable lyrics wrapped in the throbbing anxiety of post-punk and joyous aggression of pop-punk. Our pals at Big Scary Monsters released their last album Still Blooms, and recent single I Hate This House is a great signal of where they're headed next.
Support comes from Brighton's Really Big, Really Clever, featuring two former members of Gender Roles, plus we'll be adding local supports soon. The show is 18+ and the venue room is up a flight of stairs.
