Description

The PORT SUNLIGHT SEA DOGS (Sextet) are the premier shanty band in the north of England and are residents at the excellent Bromborough Folk Club on the Wirral Peninsular, Merseyside. Songs of the Sea and Shanties are their speciality. They are an act that will have you tapping your feet and singing along to many well known songs in no time.
Together with a deal of humour and excellent instrumentation, i.e. two guitars, whistle, concertina they make a great sound. They have performed at the likes of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and the Floral Pavilion Theatre in New Brighton, Wirral. They are great fund raisers as well and think nothing of giving up their valuable time to sing at many public events, even large supermarkets. This will be a great evening of enertainment with perhaps more than a taste of Christmas - 'stuff' as well.
