The David Broad Trio play all kinds of traditional American music: swing, blues, gospel, ragtime, sometimes even a bit of country. They?ve played pubs, clubs, parties, weddings and funerals up and down the country and can be counted on to get lindy hoppers hopping and jivers jiving. Influences range from Louis Armstrong and Billie Holiday to Blind Blake and Robert Johnson and feature members who have played in bands such as TC and the Swing Cats, Hailbails, the Lodger and the Lovesick Cowboys.
