Description

Welcome in the morning with a harmonious group singing circle embracing the connection between each other and nature led by Ila Sebastian, co founder of London Contemporary Voices .
This beautiful ancient ritual is more about sound than actual singing and the only requirement is to be able to open our mouth and make a sound.
We will then be lakes on a guided swim into the beautiful sea at Sunny Sands by the wonderful inspiring Kirsty Hogben from Sea Swim Confidence.
This is included in Folkestone Songwriting Festival student weekend pass and is also open to the general public.
