Get your Saturday flow and caffeine fix with Yoga Coffee Club, a new weekly sesh at The White House by Tap Social.

Join for a 60-minute all-abilities yoga class followed by coffee and fresh pastries from Proof Social Bakehouse ? all in the cosy and central setting of The White House, which is just a 10-minute walk from central Oxford on Abingdon Road.

Tickets include the 60-minute yoga class, a hot drink, and Proof pastry.

About Sarah Ann James Yoga:
Sarah has taught in Oxford-area studios and as a freelance instructor. She completed her 200-hour training in 2018 and has since also trained in Yin yoga and pre-natal yoga. Sarah teaches a variety of styles, all with wellbeing and body in mind, including vinyasa, power yoga, restorative, and pregnancy yoga. She loves a playlist and creative flows that are accessible to all levels.

Is the yoga class suitable for beginners?
Yes, the yoga class will be tailored to accommodate all levels.

Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes, if possible please bring your own mat. There will be a small number of mats to borrow.

Can children attend?
The session is for young adults plus, primarily aged 16 and above. Please get in touch if you'd like to bring a younger teen.

I have an allergy/dietary requirement, what should I do?
