ANIMATION & STORYBOARDING WORKSHOP WITH DARREN ROBBIE - Led by Moominvalley director Darren Robbie this informal, fun, and informative workshop will use examples and exercises to give participants the knowledge they need to visually tell a story, participants will then be able to storyboard stories of their very own (stories can be provided and all levels of drawing ability catered for).

Darren Robbie is a multi-award-winning director who has been working in animation for 25 years. He was a lead animator on Aardman Animations first feature Chicken Run and has worked as an Animation Director for Brown Bag Films in Dublin. For the last 5 years he has been directing on the Moominvalley TV series, where his episodes have earned critical acclaim.

Workshop for ages: 8-12.

Start Time: 2.00pm (Exit Time: 4.00pm approx).

Venue: Accidental Theatre

This is a drop-off workshop. Parent/guardian supervision is not required. On the day of the workshop, parent/guardian will be asked to fill in a contact details registration form before the event
