DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKING WITH LAURA MCGANN - This is an opportunity for young filmmakers with a passion for documentary to ask questions and garner advice and tips from one of Ireland?s most innovative voices.

Laura McGann is a documentary filmmaker from Ireland. She started making films and producing theatre when she was 15 and went on to study film in Ballyfermot, Dublin, before pursuing her master?s at Liverpool Hope University. McGann has worked in Ireland and abroad shooting and directing numerous documentary projects for RT?, Sky, PBS, BBC, Lonely Planet, and UTV. Directing credits include The End of the Counter, Revolutions, and her documentary The Deepest Breath was released early this year on Netflix to critical acclaim.

Workshop for ages: 16-25.

Start Time: 6.00pm (Exit Time: 8.00pm approx).

Venue: Accidental Theatre.
