For your entertainment we have 7-piece Reggae band from Leeds, the phenomenal State of Satta!
?Inspired by the sounds of UK Reggae and Cuban music, State of Satta carry on the lineage of bands like Gentleman?s Dub Club, UB40 and Fat Freddy?s Drop amongst many other dub influences.
The band lineup consists of Yotam Sigwalt on guitar/vocals, Ben Burnside on drums, Luke Roy Bryan on bass, Aidan Ruffle on Trombone and FX, Emyr Dance on Trumpet, Billy Burls on percussion and Robin Forkin on Keys.

State of Satta released their debut EP ?We Still Move? in 2021 with a special guest appearance from Mungo?s Hifi MC, Tom Spirals.
The band will perform under the Reggae Pie banner who will bring their consortium of DJs to bring the night to life from its 5pm start right through to the early hours. They DJs are a fine mix from the past and present who have played with Reggae Pie over the last 13 years and who brought us to create Babar Cafe. They include founders Nico Demus & Ally Baba of course but also Cai Broom, BDS Silva Shiva, Rich Riddim and opening with radio DJ Andy Vater.
To help you share this wonderful last bash we are knocking 25% off the price of all beers and ciders. Once the barrels are empty, that's it!
Other amazing deals will be offered on the night too.
As there will a great demand for this last night at Babars, we are charging £9 advance. There will be no tickets on door. There are limited spaces only so get your ticket early to avoid disappointment.
