Sunny Side Downs first Headline gig in Nottingham in the brilliant BYOB and all age welcome venue JT Soar!!

Sunny Side Down are a group of friends creating a distinct sound within the queer indie scene. They deliver energetic and bubbly shows ,influenced by the like of Sports Team, Chloe Moriondo and Bears in Trees. With melodic vocals and punchy basslines, their intimate lyrics balance a familiar melancholy with a bright and wholesome tone - one that has seen a growing appeal among a dedicate Gen Z audience.

Joining Sunny Side Down for their first Nottingham show, are local newcomers Awkward Tendencies bringing an indie emo energy inspired by bands like Car Seat Headrest, and fast fun DIY folk punks Cheap Dirty Horse seen often sharing their exciting and politically charged sound busking around Nottingham centre.

To top it off this gig is being hosted at JT Soar, the epicentre of DIY music in Nottingham JT Soar. A delightful community run space that always delivers. Its welcome to all ages and if your of age BYOB.
