Peter Bruntnell truly is one of the country's finest songwriters and performers, if still a 'hidden genius' (many such references). Americana UK voters placed his 1999 'Normal For Bridgewater' release at number 6 in the alltime best Americana albums  in 2021. It's certainly one of mine and he's a definite 'must see'.
He's played a number of Greys dates over the past decades, but not recently. Peter is another in the line of top notch performers who has specifically asked to come and play this intimate space rather than far larger venues. So, when he rang me, we fixed this one at the earliest opportunity.
