She takes inspiration from the greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Chet Baker, Joao Gilberto to name a few ? trying to find in her voice the things she admires in theirs ? depth, emotion, tone, subtlety, nuance, pitch accuracy while still being rhythmically ?in the pocket? and the other important feature ? fun, that?s a must!
