Saxophonist and clarinettist Alan Barnes, and pianist David Newton have played here on several occasions and their truly unique and long-standing musical partnership brings with it a level of telepathy that has to be heard to be believed! Both virtuosos on their respective instruments, they have stood at the top of the UK jazz scene for decades and delight with their repertoire of hard swinging melodies and thoughtfully crafted ballads.
