Bill turned up with a drum to his first audition in 1973. He was told to beat it and has never looked back.
Early on in his musical career he discovered that it is really difficult to sing and play the trombone at the same time.
After 50 years of entertaining audiences near and far (even unto Newbury) Bill still enjoys singing old and new traditional folk songs, good old singalong ones to join in with and the occasional self-penned stuff.
It is five years since Bill last played The Unicorn and he is accompanied once again by those two fabulous musicians Anne Tarrant and Linda Benton. We are looking forward to another cracking night of song, laughter and jolly good cheer.
Support is from Luka FD.
