Sef makes a very welcome return to Lichfield with this new set of ancient stories and songs. It?s from the time when Muslims, Christians and Jews lived in relative harmony, for 800 years, in Al-Andalus in Spain. It was a golden period, with a flourishing of literature, arts and science and an undeniable richness of life, resulting in wonderful tales and romanças ? and, ultimately, many stories of how people negotiated their way through expulsion and forced conversion. But new seeds started sprouting elsewhere, as Sef will tell us!
