Description

Friday 5th April 2024 sees the launch of a new 6 track EP by Kent based Folk Troubadour Sam Brothers!

Described by Acoustic Magazine as ?Always Compelling...?, Sam Brothers is a young Margate, UK based Folksinger and Songwriter whose performances bring to mind the Soho and Greenwich Village Folk Scenes of the 1960's. His bluesy guitar, stompbox and harmonica filled performances are deeply rooted in the music of greats such as Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Bert Jansch, John Lee Hooker and Fairport Convention.

Sam will be joined on the night by special guest Dick Taylor on guitar. As a founding member of the Rolling Stones and cult rock group The Pretty Things, Dick has gained an array of admirers over the years from Dave Gilmour to Van Morrison.
