Taking inspiration from old melodies and Jazz in the Nordic countries, Bede Quartet performs sweet and intimate original compositions, and reimagines Northumbrian folk songs. Forming as a trio in 2022, Michael Bede (double bass) coaxed two of London?s finest instrumentalists into bringing his writing to life: the unique voice of alto saxophonist Albert Hills Wright, and prolific pianist Finn Carter. Dave Adsett (drums) joins them to show what he learnt from his Chicago sabbatical.
