Description

CRISS CROSS - A series of atmospheric, thoughtful and experimental animations from around the world.

1) My Friend the Dog - One night, a dog visits the grave of his beloved master. During a macabre dance under the stars, he brings him back to life.

2) Goodbye Mamajee - Pondicherry, India. On the eve of his departure to France, Noor is devastated at the thought of leaving his uncle Mamajee.

3) Meteors - On a cool summer night, animals with eyes full of light leave the forest to venture into the alleys of a suburban neighbourhood.

4) Vivarium - Two gnomes are chased by a flood, caused by the tears of a childish king.

5) Ana Morphose - A little girl reads herself to sleep. As she dozes off, the physical world starts melting into an alternate reality where the contents of a book rule over the laws of physics.

6) The Concert - An older brother realises the struggles his sister goes through when she isn?t allowed to go to a concert

7) The Girl Who Stood Still - A child gets separated from her mother and refuses to move from the busy road.

8) Just Little Imps - A little girl struggles to fall asleep, but every time she closes her eyes, small impish creatures appear from the darkness.

9) Soep - A castaway is trapped on a small sandbank. One day he digs a plastic masonry tub out of the sand and tries to escape the island.

10) Criss Cross - A short cross-stitched story about friendship and treason between a birdie, a baby goat and a fox inspired by a folk proverb ?A friend in need is friend indeed?.

11) LUKi & the Lights - LUKi, a charming and upbeat robot known for living life to the fullest, is diagnosed with the life-altering condition. He must choose how to face the world going forward.

Suitable for Ages: 12+

Start Time: 1.30pm (Exit Time: 2.50pm approx).

*Please note: A ticket is not required for a child under 2 who does not need their own seat. All other attendees must book a ticket.
