Wow! It?s been years since we?ve hosted legendary singer Joanna Swan & guitarist Nick Pullin at the Tapas Tardis. What a treat to have them back. They?ve been making music together for over 35 years, most significantly as the critically-acclaimed ILYA, signed to Virgin Records and responsible for the soundtrack to worldwide advertising campaigns and Hollywood blockbusters! The Hounds Of Lounge is their tribute to the classic jazz/blues/soul/pop songs that inspired them, from Nina Simone to Kylie Minogue, Frank Sinatra to Michael Jackson, Howling Wolf to Peggy Lee and everything in between (only not quite like you?ve ever heard it before :~).
