Richard Morton is a stand-up comedian, singer/songwriter, composer, TV/radio presenter, documentary maker, Time Out Comedy Award winner and founder member of the London Comedy Store?s long-running Cutting Edge show.
Richard has been an established headliner on the UK comedy circuit since the early 1990s, when he was also a regular support act on extensive UK theatre tours for stars such as Jack Dee, Jo Brand, Lee Evans and Phil Jupitus.
Richard has performed his successful one-man show at prestigious music and comedy festivals all over the world, including Edinburgh, Latitude, Reading, Leeds, Kilkenny, Phoenix and Montreal's Just For Laughs.
If you want serious comedy David Tsonos is not your man. His comedy stems from being the youngest of five boys, babysitting ...his nephews and his cat. Whether it?s a Bar gig, a Comedy Club or a Corporate function David makes them laugh until they can laugh no more. (Well maybe a little more.) Starting off in Canada in 1999 and now making London UK his home he has performed in over 15 countries. He has appeared at numerous fringe festivals in the UK including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bath and Hastings. He will continue to make people laugh until Aliens with no sense of humour take over Earth.
Spiky Mike is a Nottingham-based comedian who has been on the circuit since 2002 performing over 1000 shows. He is resident compere at numerous Midlands clubs and also performs 20 minute sets for promoters such as Mirth Control, Agraman, Chester Alexanders, Warren Speed, Other Side (Jon Reed), Alan Seaman, Trapdoor Comedy, Jesterlarf and Just Fair Laughs and also headlines at smaller clubs. He is versatile, equally at home performing at Edinburgh Festival's "Clean As Possible" show, as he is doing rowdy late night gigs at places such as Jongleurs.
In 2002 he made it to the final of The Weakest Link.
"Is it time for Spiky Mike to get on his bike?" Anne Robinson
Brummie based Jules performs around the country, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang?ups, parenting, and dating. This former teacher?s relaxed, chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser.
Jules was nominated for the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent award in 2022, and was shortlisted for Funny Women 2023.
Doors open at 7 pm and the show starts at 8 pm. Book your tickets now and get ready for a hilarious night out at The Black Diamond.
