As a middle-aged, left-leaning ex-Catholic, Lucy humorously ties regret to guilt and shame, sharing her top five hobbies, including guilt, garden center visits, jigsaw puzzles, bread-making, and Netflix dramas?hobbies she's secretly ashamed of.

Despite the humor, Lucy sees regret as a catalyst for positive change. She encourages embracing regret as a rock bottom that propels personal growth.
