Creating harmonious soundscapes with an acoustic guitar and a trusty Boss RC30 loop pedal, Jon Werede Hope has gained a well-deserved reputation as an exceptional musician in Norway, and now makes his performance debut in the United Kingdom. A trained dancer from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Jon Werede Hope knows how to captivate an audience and take them on an intimate and soul-searching journey through organic improvisation. Jon's acoustic instrumental compositions draw influence from Scandinavian, British and Irish folk traditions with a hint of jazz. Intricate guitar melodies and loops layer together to create ethereal, soothing and sometimes playful atmospheres. He has just released his album 'Some Time' this year. making up the majority of the programme with a few new ones in the mix too. On this tour he will be joined by Henry Lowrey on electric guitar and mandolin, also featured on the album.
