SPEEDIAL
South West London outfit Speedial are as entrancing as they are powerful. 2024 single 'Nocturne' provides a baptism into their intoxicating blend of post-rock, jazz and mathier elements, translating into a live set that simply washes over you.
Don't blink. Don't waver. Give yourself over.
EX-GIANT
We're big fans of Ex-Giant, having hosted them a few times in the past. There's something quietly sinister bubbling under the surface of this overtly stylish group. Guitar phrases and woodwind melodies intertwine and decorate the bands truly gutteral intentions, new track 'Dry Mouth' being a perfect example.
WING!
Producer Wing! is somewhat of a mystery, emerging with tracks taking slices from Trip-Hop, Drone, and dark, twisted dance music. 2023 track 'It's Only Gone And Gone' provides a mere glimpse into this sonic universe, with an upcoming EP that we can attest to sounding like the best bits of a dark walk home at night. Frightening. Electrifying. All together hair raising.
THE IVY HOUSE
Proudly London's first community owned pub since 2013, this boozer-come-music venue is a South London treasure and cove for all things odd and sacred.
ACCESIBILITY
Venue - There is one step up to access the pub, however, there is a ramp available which staff can assist in putting in place when required.
Toilet - Due to the listed nature of the building, we do not currently have a wheelchair accessible toilet in our venue. However, we do have a single cubicle fitted with a rail in the ballroom.
Parking - There is free on-street parking available throughout Stuart Road.
Seating - If you require a seat for one of our gigs please get in touch.
Stage - Our stage is 65cm high and only accessible via 3 steps.
