A mouth-watering 18-hour slow roast rib of aged Aberdeenshire beef takes centre-stage for the Sunday Jazz Lunch. Complimenting the magnificent menu and the wonderful wine list is the equally wonderful music of Stephen Triffitt, who made his name starring as Frank Sinatra in the award-winning West End musical, The Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas.
