Description

Beth Stone and Daniel Murphy play on a variety of instruments that enable them to express the colours, gesture and emotions of repertoire from the medieval era through to contemporary. You will hear Renaissance and Baroque flutes and lutes, a theorbo, with 19th Century and modern guitars in their programme.
Known for their onstage chemistry and interaction, Flutes & Frets have performed all over the UK and Europe and won several international Early Music Festival awards. Beth and Daniel cultivate a special sound-world taking audiences on a journey through time with story-telling their forté.
