Eve Goodman grew up in North Wales, and has had a deep relationship with singing and sounding for as long as she can remember. Eve writes and performs in both Welsh and English. Having spent much of her childhood feeling things deeply, music became a way to give voice to her inner landscape, allowing her to express herself in a reflective and honest way. ?Music is like a portal to my emotions, a way of transmuting and transcribing them.?

Influenced by the artistry and the expression of intuitive solo voices like Joni Mitchell, Nick Drake and Adrienne Lenker, Eve combines honest lyricism with mesmerising musical hooks and patterns. She delivers each song with captivating clarity; from the crystal sonics of her vocals to the clarion beauty of her words. Inspired by nature and the more-than-human world, her songs connect deeply to our inner and outer landscapes.

In the last few years Eve has released a solo EP, dived into a yearlong study of ritual singing and improvisation, performed internationally, and featured on Bryn Terfel?s new album ?Sea Songs? with two duets in both Welsh and Breton. Her forthcoming debut album, a collection of songs about grief, will be released on 15th November 2024.
