The Spice of Life is a Soho landmark, historic music venue and is in the heart of London's West End.

?I?m just a still hand waiting for perfectly fitting gloves to arrive?, he says, ?my new glove seems to fit me just right?, is how he reflects upon his latest shift into a more Country/Country Rock sound.
There are no doubts about his most recent influences. Hear hints of Credence, Dylan, Gram Parsons and indeed, a whole pantheon of Southern Rockers can be heard jamming with The Faces, Big Star and The Beatles. ?It?s all just music? is his mantra!
Having been the front man/songwriter for The Sonic Jewels, The Atomic Workers, Hypnosis and more, and having collaborated with myriad other great musicians, he has now ventured into ?Solo Artist Territory? and his output has been as brilliant and expansive as it has been prolific.
His recent immersion into Southern tinged rock has seen his song-writing peak, and there is now huge anticipation for the soon to be released Laurence O ?n? The Blistered Mirrors album!
Bouncing around in an ever-increasing circle, from studio, to performing, to writing, his guitar and pen are in a perpetual state of creativity.

Weird Boyfriend
The band formed in 2018 and started to rehearse numbers written by Marc Pathy. Went into the studio in 2019 to record these 6 tracks. Recorded at Wormwood Studios Oxford over a 3 month period.

A pub and music bar on the perimeter of Cambridge Circus, at the corner of Romilly Street and Moor Street. First licensed in 1686 as the George, the current building dates from 1898 and the current name from 1986. (One of the old names, Cantons, can be seen being held by one of the gargoyles on the top of the building).
Famous in the 1960s and 70s for folk music and then punk, latterly it has become a jazz venue and home to SpiceJazz club. Up to 5 real ales from the McMullen range on offer and free admission to the main bar but you may have to pay for some music gigs in the basement.
Upstairs at the Spice is for drinks, eats and good times. Enjoy Great British classics with special seasonal dishes prepared daily by our chefs.
