A major coup for the venue in booking the long awaited debut shows of the fabulous VINTAGE MAC. The band are performing only two shows prior to signing a management deal which will take them on a major European Tour upon release of their debut album, recently completed after months of rehearsal and studio recording.
The all star band boasts three British Blues Award winners and features founder Ray Minhinnett whose celebrated history includes jointly forming Frankie Miller's Full House, as well as winning awards for Best UK Blues Guitarist, Best Blues Album and Best UK Blues Songwriter.
The names these guys have worked with on their CV are too long to list but include Gary Moore's Midnight Band, Eric Burdon, Dave Gilmour, The Pretty Things, Blodwyn Pig,
John Coughlan and Mickey Moody. Ray also produced the Emmy Nominated TV Documentary on the Fender Stratocaster for legendary Blue Horizon Records founder Mike Vernon.
As well as being the driving force of keeping Frankie Miller's music in the public eye for many years, Ray is returning to his roots of the late 60's British Blues Boom, tipping his hat to the legendary Peter Green initially with John Mayall and then the force behind the early Fleetwood Mac,
