The Central Bar Jazz clubs March event features Nauta

Formed in 2023, Nauta are a contemporary jazz quintet who have quickly gained traction in the north east. Channelling the ferocity of jazz creators from the late 20th century and the folk melodicism of their ancestors, Nauta offers a breath of fresh air for the UK jazz scene. They have performed their original music at venues across the north of England, with highlights including the Hexham Jazz Festival and their sell-out debut headline at the Globe. Their music showcases their collective improvisatory voice and invites audiences into their unique creative sphere.
