We are so excited to be hosting the fabulous Michael Daves at our next Corncutter night on Wednesday May 7th! We've been huge fans of Michael's playing over the years, and cannot wait to welcome him to Norwich. Book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Originally from the state of Georgia, Michael Daves is one of the most acclaimed guitarists and singers working in bluegrass today. An entertaining and high energy performer, Michael has collaborated with dozens of renowned names in American roots music, including Billy Strings, Tony Trischka, Bruce Molsky, Brittany Haas and many more, and in 2011 he released a Grammy nominated duo album with mandolin genius Chris Thile. Michael has been a keystone of the thriving bluegrass and Americana scene in New York over the past 20 years, playing long running residencies at legendary folk venues including Rockwood Music Hall. Michael is also a highly respected teacher of guitar and singing, and has a large student base on the online music school ArtistWorks. Michael's duo project with mandolin phenomenon Jacob Jolliff has been in high demand over the last several years, and they have performed at many festivals in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK and the Netherlands.

**ACCESSIBILITY**
Our venue is situated in a lovely space above Carberry's Cafe on Wensum Street in Norwich. It's an old building, and as such access is only by a staircase, so please bear this in mind if you have accessibility requirements. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information.
