About the Workshop

In toddler yoga we learn to explore movement using yoga poses, props and sound.

Children will:
? develop coordination, balance and strength
? learn breathing exercises that can help them to self-regulate when they need to
? take part in creative games and activities using sensory props
? feel safe and secure as they take a calming moment with their parent/adult

Toddler sessions are suitable for children up to 4 years old.

About the tutor

Natalie is an experienced children's (and adults!) yoga teacher, and a mother to Winston (9) and Una (6) who often come along to the sessions and help demo! She believes in using her sessions to explore the body - whatever size, age or ability!

This session runs from 9:30 - 10:15am

Tickets

One adult and one child is £18. Additional adults or additional children are £5.
