From the musicians who brought you legendary Afro-Cornish band Zambula, Makiwa and Wendy and the Coconuts comes this ?new and dynamic afro-reggae sensation?!
Upbeat, joyful and guaranteed to get you dancing, the reggae-infused rhythms and sparkling African guitar lines blend effortlessly with soulful and infectious vocal melodies. This 5 piece band is fronted by the charismatic singer Wendy Herman and she is joined by Larry J from Zimbabwe on bass, veteran Bill Birks on lead guitar, Paul Biggs on rhythm guitar and Aaron Jenkinson (formerly of Chimanimani) on drums. Kudu recently played a euphoric gig to a packed crowd at the Barrelhouse ? come on down for some more.
Joined by the inimitable DJ Emma the Artist playing a brilliant mix of reggae and afro beats.
