Duo Tutti: Dance and Dreams album launch
Ruth Molins, flute and Alex Wilson, piano
Ruth is a wonderful classical flautist who lives here in Ashburton with her husband Jesse (who's an equally wonderful jazz guitarist, and host of our monthly jazz jam session). This concert features beautiful music for flute and piano with Duo Tutti, taken from their new double album 'Dances and Dreams'. This concert will focus on the music from the Dreams album. Featuring two new works by local composers Emma Welton and Gabrielle Mills. Also music by Peter Nickol, Valerie Coleman, Sungji Hong, Olivier Messiaen, David Bennett Thomas and Ruth Molins.
