Description

The Three (Graham Fielden, Ian Taylor and Ian Edmundson) are three skilled players who have teamed up to take an enjoyable rock show out on the road. There's well known rock songs and some cracking glam rock stuff. You'll know all of the songs, unless you have been living in a nunnery or have been in a coma since the 1960's.

Churchgate Profile Pic

Description

( Formerly Brass Cat, Bears Paw, Golden Lion )

Bolton's newest premier pub, hosting all major sporting events and providing some of the finest spirits, cask ales and beers there are to offer.

Extensively and beautifully refurbished in 2017, it now has a contemporary style with wooden bar and flooring white walls and some exposed beams.

There is a plaque on the wall describing the pub's history and various name changes since 1772.

The pub is now split into two open areas linked by a sloped floor.

The lively bar leads to a rear seating area with doors opening to a comfortable and partially covered beer garden and smoking area.

There are numerous TVs and a large screen at the back, making it an ideal place to watch sports events.

The bar itself is on the side wall and has four handpumps dispensing beers from the Greene King stable including the house beer.

The pub has an extensive gin selection.
