Simple, tidy L shaped bar. Rumoured to have a ghost of a former landlady, Nellie Carrigill whose life ended when a barrel fell. Refurbished pub operated as a weekend music bar; now in common ownership with West Riding Refreshment Rooms. Enthusiastic followers. Good guest beers.
