Join us for our fundraiser for Mind organised by the wonderful Ruth Hill . There will be music and merriment from 7.30 with doors at 6.30 all in support of Black Country Mental Health previously Dudley Mind. I?m so excited to say that tickets are now on sale!
£7.50 advanced booking and £10 on the door!
ALL proceeds will go to Black Country Mental Health towards a project which will support the mental health and well-being of children.
We have entertainment from the amazing Susy Hansel, a Stourbridge based singer/songwriter who finds endless joy in melody and a good singalong! Susy is a great friend and has supported me many times at my charity events.
Chicken Fricassee Corporation a Stourbridge band who met at college many moons ago and still love to perform some great 70?s covers. A first performing for me.
And last but by no mean least, Stourbridge?s own Billy Bragg Ian Marrey. Ian has always supported me over the years of charity fundraising and I?m always so grateful for his support.
To hold it all together and to play a few tunes is the most amazing Chamberlain Events. James is one of the best and you can guarantee a perfect night with James at the helm. Again James has been the best support to me over the years.
Finally a huge thank you to Eddy Morton and Trina from supporting me yet again.

17 years of Musical Genius and the best Guinness in town.

We continue to put on a wide range of music here at Katie Fitzgeralds from singer/ songwriters to Blues , Folk, Jazz, Rockabilly , Pop , Indie, metal and world music. We also host Katiesfest every year featuring a wide range of younger artists plus the Stourbridge Folk Festival and once a month Stourbridge Folk Club in the cellar bar .

Katie Fitzgeralds has built a reputation for live music and parties but it's about more than that its also about history and tradition.

Originally a private house the building is over 200 years old and has been a pub since the 1830 Beer Act.

In the 19th century it would have been home to foundry workers and boatmen and would have looked out across to the Stourbridge canal arm where Foster and Rastrick built the Stourbridge Lion the first steam locomotive to run on rails in the USA.

Originally known as the Golden Lion it later became known as the Stourbridge Lion and then in 2000 it
became our home and was renamed in honour of Trina's grandmother Katie Fitzgerald who was born in Cloyne County Cork.

Trina is related to Irelands most famous hurling player Christy Ring, a son of Cloyne and is also cousin of Donal ag Cusack , Irelands first openly gay sportsman.
