Description

Blue Orchids - Formed in 1980 by Martin Bramah, a founding member of The Fall, and christened by John Cooper Clarke, the Blue Orchids signed to Rough Trade, released a clutch of well-received records and toured with Nico, both as backing band and as support. Splitting in 1985, the band have periodically reformed. Bramah has been their presiding genius throughout. Whilst their 2019 album, the superb ?The Magical Record of Blue Orchids?, suggests their roots in 60s garage rock, Marc Riley suggests a different set of influences describing Bramah as ?a brilliant guitarist and song-writer ... Think Tom Verlaine guesting with The Doors.? They are touring this Autumn to promote their new album 'Angus Tempus Memoir'.

AlterModerns - Originally from Brazil, AlterModerns are a Bristol-based duo who have never been afraid to wear their influences on their musical sleeves. Psychedelic, garage, punk blues... they perform 'docufictional' songs about how communication, travel and migration affect a way of life. Tipped as a best 'new band for 22' by Louder Than War.

The SinicTones - The SinicTones are a Bristol-based power trio with fuzz-riffed guitars, driving ear-candy bass lines, catchy choruses and an epic live performance.
They are the originators of Psycho Surf Noir, combining frantic surf drums with classic spy beat guitar riffs and Film Noir, B-Movie and Femme Fatale vocal themes.
