Following her enjoyable and popular talk about her days at York House School, Rosalie Osborne returns with a personal and entertaining history of her origins in a Romany Gypsy Traveller.
She explores the unique, colourful, and fascinating culture of the Romany Gypsies, now in danger of being lost forever.
There will also be a short illustrated history of the Fegan?s Homes, still splendidly visible on Stony Stratford High Street.
Entry is £4.00, which includes tea/coffee and biscuits, and the proceeds will go to York House?s youth, community and arts projects. Places are limited so you can ensure a seat by booking at www.wegottickets.com or you can pay cash on the door.
The event is in the Beechey Room at the rear entrance of York House. There are ramps for wheelchair access and York House has a disabled access toilet.
