?FEELGOOD FACTOR? is a well-established 9-piece classic soul band that?s been on the scene for over 20 years and has played across the country. They?ve played at large corporate events and intimate pub venues and are sure to give everything they?ve got, and more, wherever they go! Their main aim is to take their own special brand of Soul music to the people and play it loud and proud!


The band consists of strong male and female vocals, a powerful three-piece horn section, consisting of saxophone, trumpet and trombone, a rock solid bass and drums back line, a phenomenal rhythm and lead guitarist and an exceptional keyboard player.

They cover songs made famous by The Commitments, James Brown, The Blues Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, LaBelle, The Spencer Davis Group, Amy Winehouse, Tom Jones, Martha and the Vandellas, David Bowie, The Temptations, Sama & Dave, Amii Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Donna Summer

The Continental was Camra West Lancashire Pub of the Year 2010 & 2011, with a range of six changing ales, including a house beer especially brewed for us by Marble Beers, artisan ciders, speciality European and US beers both on tap and in bottle, award-winning wines from Byrne’s of Clitheroe, a great range of soft drinks and the best beer garden in town.

Our regional, seasonal kitchen serves up restaurant quality fresh food with daily specials and favourites, and we’re the indie culture venue of choice in Preston with cinema, theatre, music and more on weekly in our arts space.
