"If the great Phil Ochs were to rise from the dead today, he would probably be hailed as the new David Rovics." - Andy Kershaw, BBC

Jess Silk is one of the most exciting songwriters to have emerged in this country in recent years. A guitarist, singer and songwriter from the Black Country, her melodic and intelligent brand of folk/punk music often has her being likened to a female Frank Turner or Billy Bragg. Jess seriously gets people sitting up and listening and she is really going places.
Doctur Normul plays political folk punk with distinctive bluesy vocals.
