An engaging story-based show, choreographed by West End artist - Lucy Potter. The
company of 6 performers weave a heart-warming narrative and showcase a dynamic blend of
classical ballet and musical theatre dancing.
Cindy, Gabriella, Richard, Dottie and Jemima have been close friends since early childhood.
They welcome you to join them at the parties they attend throughout their lives. Get to know
them and watch them grow up.
Be prepared for hilarity, pathos, romance and bubbles at their crazy soirées. You?ll be
coming to an early birthday sleepover, a disco, a wedding, a housewarming (with pizza
delivery) and a baby shower!
Moving Stories ? Background
Moving Stories Dance Company was founded in 2019 by Heather Craig and Lucy Potter.
The company is a collaboration of experienced dancers who have worked in many genres of
dance including classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre and opera ? spanning
over 3 decades. ?Having moved away from performing, it is a joy for us to return to the
rehearsal room and create dance-based stories to inspire, uplift and engage the wider
audience. Dance is the innate language which connects the human soul. Through dance we
express the joy, passion and emotion that relate the stories of our lives. We were born to
move and we are moved to dance.?
