Fresh from supporting UB40, Gabrielle and The Hoosiers at recent events, hi-energy 10-piece band Joey The Lips return to The Wharf for their annual Christmas show performing a Soul, Funk, Blues, Rock & Disco set.

This year the band celebrates 26 years on the road and will be performing classic songs across many genres, from a Chic/Nile Rodgers medley to Queen's Don't Stop Me Now, Earth Wind & Fire's Celebration, and everything in between!

Effervescent front man Jonny Finnis joined the band in 2018 and this year is joined by storming new vocalist Sami-Jane Slater. The band is renowned for creating an infectious and atmospheric on-stage energy - featuring three high-quality vocalists, a driving rhythm section and a kicking horn section that won't stay still for a second. This band really do love what they do - it's fast, fun, furious - a must see!!
