A night of early 20th century ragtime, blues and jazz, and gypsy folk music at the new Jamboree in King's Cross with the brilliant Rigmarollers and Tiger Moth!
*Tiger Moth will play a long opening set due to the singer?s pregnancy meaning they can?t be out late! The Rigmarollers will then follow on with a shorter headlining set!
The Rigmarollers are Ed Hopwood (vocals, harmonica, percussion, guitar), Julian Marshall (guitar, fiddle, mandolin) and Ewan Penkey (sousaphone), playing a swinging mix of ragtime, jug band, jazz, blues and old time music.
Tiger Moth play a wild mix of world Gypsy folk punk, ranging from Balkan, Middle Eastern and Hispanic to Swing, often at dizzying speed - they're a bass and horn-driven blast of brilliant madness.
