The Haggis Horns won't need an introduction to any followers of funk as they are at the very pinnacle of the scene. Fifteen years of tearing up clubs and festivals at home in the U.K. and internationally too, a band at the top of their game. The Haggis Horns are a 8-piece live extravaganza combining heavy breakbeat funk, soul, hip-hop and afrobeat.
They have four highly acclaimed albums under their belt. Live they have been rocking crowds the world over for years winning fans with their distinctive northern funk sound combining ass-shaking break-beats, afrobeat, soul and hip-hop.

A modern take on vintage 70s soul funk from Crowd Company, one of the UK?s top soul funk bands. The 8 piece band is known for rich songwriting combined with catchy hooks, in the pocket grooves, virtuoso musicianship and features three outstanding soulful vocalists.
Crowd Company last album ?Lowdown? released on the Vintage League Music label, featured Grammy Award winners Ryan Zoidis and Eric Bloom , the horn section from USA band Lettuce. The album was featured heavily on the BBC Radio 6 Craig Charles Show. It was one of Craig?s ?Top picks of the Year?
They recently released ?You Ain?t Ready?, a single remixed by DJ Smoove (Smoove & Turrell) to great acclaim.

The most celebrated live music venue in Europe and one of the most famous in the world. Our longevity is due to an open minded music policy which has seen many different musical styles performed at this venue over It's long history.
Live music began at 100 Oxford Street on 24th October 1942. It was first played at Mack's restaurant (as it was then known) when British jazz drummer Victor Feldman's father hired the venue on a regular Sunday night to showcase the talents of his jazz loving sons and their band. The band consisted of Victor and his two brothers Robert on clarinet and Monty on accordion. They were joined by legendary British saxophonist Jimmy Skidmore for the opening night.
