Join local medical herbalist Linda Moran for this short Family herb walk along the Bude canal, looking at a diverse range of seasonal, wild medicinal and edible plants. Learn about the folklore surrounding these plants and their historical and modern uses, how to forage sustainably and safely, whilst also meeting some of the most deadliest plants in the British isles.
This free one-hour walk along Bude's canal is limited to 15 persons. All children must be accompanied with an adult. If you could email the age of the child to Linda, she can accommodate activities to suit their ages. Otherwise, the activities will be general.
The walk is flat and along the tow path, which is fairly accessible. If you have any concerns, please call Linda on the number below.
