A soulful Saturday night at Jamboree with headliners the Jack Tyson Band and Marcia Mello.
Jack Tyson has been cultivating his brand of epic soul for the past few years. Collaborating with veteran producer & multi-instrumentalist Danny Kane, the pair have fine tuned Jack's music to bring realism to a fresh and unique blend of vintage sounds, infused with his influences and own inimitable style. Tonight he plays with his full band.
In support, Marcia Mello is a ragtime, slide guitar and prewar blues guitarist, singer, busker and recording artist. She has featured on Butterfly Recordings' "What the Folk" volume 2 , and The Orbs' "Metallic Spheres" ft David Gilmour. Her "Queen of Portobello" LP was release on 2022 on the Suriya label.
Jamboree is a grass-roots world music venue and bar hosting Folk, Blues, Americana, Celtic, Mediterranean, Eastern, European, GypsyPunk and Old Time Jazz!
Jamboree is back with a POP-UP adventure in a different venue in Limehouse from December 1st!
